What shipping options are available? How long will it take?
Due to Covid-19, shipments might be delayed. Please bare with us and stay safe!
Regular Shipping: around 10-20 business days.
Expedited Shipping: around 7-10 business days.
Please
allow 1-4 days for us to process your order (regardless of shipping
method) before it gets shipped. Orders are processed 5 days a week
excluding Saturdays, Sundays and all major holidays.
To
avoid delays, returned packages, and/or additional fees, please double
check that there are no misspellings and that the correct street number,
street name, unit numbers, city, state, zip code, are entered. Packages
with incorrect addresses will be rejected by the courier and returned
to sender.
Tag Breaker is not responsible for the shipping cost
associated with the returned package. Customer must pay the returned
package shipping cost before Tag Breaker can reship the order to the
updated address.
If you choose to cancel or return the order, the returned package shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
Where do you ship from?
Our warehouses are located in the US, Hong Kong and China. We ship from
different warehouses depending the products your purchase.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will resume processing and shipping the following Monday. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-4 days from the time the order was placed (regardless of shipping method).
What is the status of my order?
After placing an order, you can view the order status anytime by logging into your account and clicking on the "My Account" tab.
From there, click your tracking number for more information on your order.
Why am I not getting my order and shipping confirmation emails?
There are a number of reasons why you may not be getting these emails. One way to assure you receive these emails is to add hello@tagbreaker.com to your address book. By doing this you are telling your Internet Service Provider our emails are not spam and they will not go in your junk folder or be bounced by your ISP. If it doesn’t work, please email us at hello@tagbreaker.com.
All Sale Items are FINAL SALE, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may email us for return or exchange it at hello@tagbreaker.com. Your return or exchange must be submitted within 30 days from when your package is received.
How long will my return/exchange take?
Returns/Exchanges generally take 1-3 business days to process after our warehouse gets your package.
After your return/exchange is processed, please allow 2-4 business days for your refund to post onto the original form of payment.
If I need to return/exchange an item, do I have to pay for postage?
Yes, if you mail an item back to us you will be responsible for the return postage. We highly recommend that you return your item(s) with a tracking number. We will not be held responsible for returns/exchange packages lost in the mail.
I received a defective/damaged item, what do I do?
Please email us at hello@tagbreaker.com and the email should include the following below:
1) Your order number.
2) Picture of the damaged, defective, or wrong item.
3) Brief explanation of the damage, defect, or wrong item and what you need.
Including the above will allow us to make the correction faster.
We currently accept all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal and Apple Pay for all orders.
I’m not sure about my size. How to convert Asian size to EU/US/UK sizes?
All our apparel are in Asian sizes, which tend to be about two sizes smaller than EU/US/UK sizes. Please choose 2 sizes up or consider our height and weight suggestions in the size chart when shopping.
We also provide free service for every customer to help find the right size on each item. Simply add your measurements (generally height and weight) to the NOTE section on your order, and we will check if it’s the right size before we ship.
My Order never arrived! (Lost or stolen package)

You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, TNT or UPS). Once your claim has been filed, please contact us at hello@tagbreaker.com with information regarding your situation and your order numbers. We will help you out!
